2.1 By accessing and using any part of this site, the visitor/consumer ("you") agrees with Strippers Paint Removers to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this site or access or display any of the information made available to you at this site. These terms for the sale of goods govern any contract for sale that Strippers Paint Removers enters into with you.

4. Supply of goods
Strippers Paint Removers reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

5. Ordering
To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

7. Offer and acceptance
7.1 A binding contract is formed between you and Strippers Paint Removers when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other agreed means that your order has been accepted.

8. Cancellation of orders
8.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of return carriage providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
8.2 To cancel you can email us, or write to us (see clause 1 for details) within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number and requesting us to arrange for collection of the goods. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the goods are made available to the carriers when they call to collect them and to pay any extra charges incurred by your failure to do this which cause abortive collection attempts by the carriers.
8.3 Opened packs cannot be returned.

9. Prices
Strippers Paint Removers prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
All orders to mainland UK are sent via road delivery.
All UK orders will be subject to delivery charges which vary according to weight as follows:
Carriage charges are based on the total weight of your order.  The larger the order, the less the carriage per kg.  Orders weighing 90kg or more are supplied on pallets.  Due to carriers' constraints, individual packages weighing more than 25 kg will be supplied on a pallet.  For pallet carriage to be economical, there is a minimum order quantity for such packs (e.g. 15litre/25kg Kling-Strip pack, minimum order 4 packs). For lesser amounts of product than the minimum order for a particular pack, it is more economical to order from the smaller pack sizes, (e.g. for 15 litres/25kg Kling-Strip, order 1 x 10litres and 1 x 5litres).

Strippers Paint Removers reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

10. Delivery
10.1 Strippers Paint Removers endeavour to deliver within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 10 days, Strippers Paint Removers will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a refund.

11. Signing for goods
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. Any losses or damage must be clearly described on all copies of the delivery note. In the case of any loss or damage, please telephone us at the time, if possible when the delivery driver is still with you. The sooner we are notified, the quicker we can rectify any problem.

12. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty
12.1 Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. Any losses or damage must be clearly described on all copies of the delivery note. In the case of any loss or damage, please telephone us at the time, if possible when the delivery driver is still with you. The sooner we are notified, the quicker we can rectify any problem.  If you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will refund return carriage and replacement at our expense.
12.2 If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods alleged to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12.3 We will always do our utmost to meet your delivery requirements and to speedily sort out any difficulties which may arise. However we do not accept any responsibility for the costs of any losses, delays or any other expenses incurred by you as a consequence of goods being delivered outside any previously agreed schedule or delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

13. Money-back guarantee
Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Strippers Paint Removers will give you a full refund provided that goods are UNOPENED and returned to us in good condition, within 7 days of you having received them. (Please see section 8.2 above for details of returns procedure). Please note we do not carry costs for returns. All items should be returned UNUSED with original packaging intact.

14. On-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards
Strippers Paint Removers accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.  We do not accept American Express

15. Payment by cheque only
If you wish to pay by cheque simply select payment by personal cheque when you reach the payment screen. When you receive confirmation of the order from Strippers Paint Removers please send a cheque made payable to Strippers Paint Removers. Please write your order number and e-mail and/or home address on the reverse of the cheque. The order will be despatched after the cheque has cleared.
15.1 Images on our website may not show the actual size of items. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
15.2 Sometimes our product specifications may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price.
If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money back guarantee.

16. Your personal details
Strippers Paint Removers has a 'privacy statement' for all clients.
All personal details that you give us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

17.1 To the fullest extent permitted at law, Strippers Paint Removers is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this web site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
18.1 This contract is subject to the law of England. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
18.2 Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England under English Law.
