Due to carriers constraints on individual package weights, orders that have a combined weight of over 90 kgs will have to be supplied on pallets.

These can be delivered by lorry with a tail-lift, BUT this must be requested at the time of ordering.

The pallet can also be opened on the lorry and be unloaded by hand, but someone must be present to assist the delivery driver.

IMPORTANT
For all deliveries we need to know:

1) Any restrictions on vehicular access by large vehicles
2) If the consignee is out, may the goods be left, if so where?

Please note that if the consignee is out and the carrier has to re-deliver another charge will be incurred.
